Nate Groves founded GEM Strategic Consulting in 2023 with the goal of driving value and delivering results personally to clients.  Nate is an experienced leader focused on technology enabled transformation for over 20 years.  Areas of specialization include driving process improvement, designing data models and standardizing and simplifying system architecture as a part of the implementation and running of ERP systems.  Nate has focused on Workday for over a decade guiding organizations through their transformation goals while integrating finance, HR and planning into one system.  These goals have spanned from system replacement to full digital transformation in the cloud.  Nate has implemented across multiple industries including technology, media, financial services, healthcare and higher education.
