Led the design of the new Foundation Data Model (FDM) for a global implementation at a digital media company. This included simplifying and redesigning the data model to allow product level P&L to be produced directly from Workday. A key assessment included determining what data would be integrated into Workday FINS, what would be integrated into Workday Prism and what would stay in outside systems.

Architected the overall technology design and future state system landscape for a $300B investment management company implementing Workday FINS. This project was their first major foray into the cloud, and Nate led the client on this journey. The client was moving from SAP on to Workday Financials, and the solution was implemented in 10 countries. It included moving to a common data model globally while still adhering to complex local statutory requirements in Singapore, China and Brazil.
